Do I have to choose my 3 attractions when I buy?

No. You can decide later. Just keep in mind some attractions require advance reservations because of limited capacity.

How do I reserve my visit at attractions that require it?

After you complete your purchase, you’ll get access to the New York CityPASS® app. From there you can easily book your tickets for the attractions you want to visit.

How do I use my pass?

You’ll receive your New York CityPASS® in digital format, along with all the key info on opening times and how each attraction works. Save it on your phone and show it at the entrance. Easy and hassle‑free.

If I’m traveling with kids, do they need a pass?

There are special‑price passes for kids aged 6 to 17. Children under 6 usually get in free at most attractions, so they typically don’t need a pass.

Can I visit attractions more than once?

No. Each attraction can be visited once during your pass’s validity period.

When do the 9 days of validity start?

Your 9 consecutive days start the first time you enter any attraction included in your pass. The date you choose when buying is just indicative, and you have up to one year from the purchase date to activate your pass.
