“The tour guide was lovely and gave us lots of information and history of krakow but we had booked and paid for a ghost tour. We didn’t get the stories about the ghosts we expected and went no where near the castle. if we’d booked a historical experience it would have been great but this is not what we chose and so we were left disappointed. Finding out where to join the tour involved a phone call and an email. I think this information should be provided on booking. Holidaymakers don’t want to spend time chasing up details.”
