When do I choose which attractions to visit?

You don't have to decide now. Just show up at whichever attraction or landmark you want to check out and present your pass. Most places let you walk right in—no reservation needed. It really is that easy!

Do any attractions require advance reservations?

Most don't, but a few popular ones (like guided tours or the Empire State Building) do require booking ahead because they fill up fast. You'll see which ones in the app and can make reservations right there. (Full details will be in your confirmation voucher.)

How do I activate my pass?

As soon as you scan your pass at your first attraction, it's activated and one choice is used. After that, you've got 30 days to use your remaining entries.

Do kids need a pass?

If you're traveling with children ages 3–12, there are discounted child passes. Kids under 3 get in free at most attractions, so they don't need a pass.

How do I redeem my New York Yankees game ticket?

Your pass includes one grandstand-level seat, redeemed at the box office. Tickets are first-come, first-served, so we recommend arriving early to scan your pass and snag the best available seat. Check the app for game times and details.
