When do I choose which attractions I want to visit?

You don’t have to decide now. Just show your pass at the entrance of any attraction or monument included. Most places don’t need a prior booking, so you can walk in on the spot. It doesn’t get any easier.

Do any attractions need to be booked in advance?

Most attractions don’t require a reservation, but some (like guided tours or the Empire State Building) do because they’re very popular. You’ll see which ones need advance booking and reserve your spot directly in the app. All the details will be in the confirmation email we send you.

How do I activate my pass?

Your pass is activated the moment it’s scanned at your first attraction. That visit will use up one of your choices. From then on, you’ll have 30 days to use the remaining options.

Do children need a pass?

Yes, if they’re between 3 and 12, and they benefit from reduced prices. Children under 3 go free at most attractions, so they usually don’t need a pass.

How do I redeem my New York Yankees game ticket?

Your pass includes a seat in the grandstand level, which you’ll redeem at the stadium box office. Tickets are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend getting to the box office early to scan your pass and grab the best available seat. You can check game times and details in the pass app.
