How does the Paris Pass work?

Once you’ve made your purchase, your Paris Pass will be sent to your email. Just show the digital pass at the entrance to each attraction you visit or experience you book. You can also print it out and use a paper copy if you prefer.

What do I get after purchase?

You’ll receive the pass in two formats: a digital version for your phone and a printable version. You’ll also get full instructions by email, a complete guide to everything included with the Paris Pass, and booking information for the most popular attractions.

How do I activate the pass?

Your pass activates the first time you use it. Validity is counted by calendar days, starting at midnight, so it’s best to start using it early in the day to get the most out of it. Keep in mind that all valid days are consecutive. After purchase, you’ll have up to 1 year to activate it.

What are the benefits of the pass?

The Paris Pass is cheaper than buying separate tickets for all the attractions and experiences it includes — more than 40 in total. At many attractions, it also lets you skip the ticket office queue. For added convenience, you can sync your pass with the designated app and keep everything on your smartphone.

Do any attractions need to be booked in advance?

Yes. Some of the most popular attractions may require advance booking. Just follow the instructions sent to you by email after purchase. For the rest, there’s no need to book ahead.

Do children need a pass?

Yes, but at a reduced rate. Children aged 2 to 17 get discounted pricing, while children under 2 do not need a pass.
