Step by Step

This ticket gives you access to Cinecittà World, the ultimate movie-themed park, Aquaworld, its refreshing water zone, and Roma World, a park dedicated to Ancient Rome. All three are located in Castel Romano, on the very grounds where legendary producer Dino De Laurentiis once had his studios—the birthplace of countless Italian cinema classics. They're designed for visitors of all ages, from toddlers to thrill-seeking adults.

Cinecittà World is famous for its jaw-dropping sets designed by three-time Oscar winner Dante Ferretti. Some of the scenery has been featured in iconic films like "Gangs of New York" and "Ben Hur." Here you'll enjoy live shows and dozens of attractions. Some of the standouts include:

  • Jurassic War – A 4D simulator that brings T-Rexes, Triceratops, and Velociraptors roaring back to life. Hop on a small train for an adrenaline-pumping adventure
  • Inferno – A pitch-dark roller coaster that hits 70 km/h, racing through landscapes inspired by Dante's masterpiece
  • Salto Pazzo – A three-level jump tower where you leap into the void and land softly on a giant inflatable cushion
  • Treno del West – A family-friendly ride that recreates the atmosphere of the Wild West
  • KamikICE – An indoor track with year-round snow, perfect for zooming downhill on inflatable "donuts" for one or two riders

With over 20 indoor attractions, Cinecittà World is a great pick even on rainy days.

Aquaworld is perfect for beating the heat during warmer months. It features a massive pool surrounded by a beach area equipped with loungers and umbrellas. The highlight? The Cinepiscina—a giant screen where movies and sports matches are projected poolside. For something more active, try Aktium (a water coaster set in Ancient Rome) or Paradiso, a lazy river winding through a tropical paradise.

Roma World offers a wide range of activities set in Ancient Rome. Wander through markets, join hands-on workshops, dress up in costumes, watch animal shows, and much more.

Since the parks are located in Castel Romano, the easiest way to get there is via shuttle bus from EUR Palasport metro station (Line B). Shuttle tickets must be purchased separately.

There were still some things we didn’t get to see, but we left happy. Highly recommended for families looking for a change from ruins and museums.

The haunted house gave us more of a fright than we’d expected. The park has a really fun vibe if you’re up for trying new things.

The 4D simulator and the water rollercoaster were my favourites. There were queues, yes, but nothing to spoil the visit.
